I have no money on it but might wish I had some time this eve if my prediction come in!

Why are we so much more noisy when we want to be quiet?!

I do the washing up at home..

Its pretty much my only job as my missus certainly does the majority of jobs around the house.

For some reason I dont do the washing up straight after dinner though, nor just a little while after. I wait until midnight before I go to bed to do it! Why? Im not really sure... Its nots the best way of doing things.
Not only am I tired, but all the food has had some 6 hours to dry itself like concrete on the plates..
It take me twice as long as if i was to do it straight away.

Additional to this I seem to make sooo much more noise when I am trying so carefully to be as quiet as I can be! I seem to drop knifes / smash glasses and then swear out loud at myself for doing these things..

Is it because its just so quiet at midnight and every sound seems louder or it because im tired or is it just down to the fact im tired and therefore drop thing and I am actually louder than normal!?

Hmmm?

Going back to the waiting til midnight - I think it must be some internal power thing. I will NOT do the washing up when she wants me to do it; I will do it when I am ready!
I just wish i was ready straight after dinner so it wasnt on my mind all night and then going through the dred of having to do it with my eyeballs falling out of my head!

Avril Lavigne and Chad Kroeger marry in France

Avril has married rocker Chad Kroeger (from Nickelback )! He is nearly old enough to be her dad - The lucky so and so!

They headed to Cannes with around 100 guests on Saturday, marrying in the South of France on Monday at the Chateau La Napoule in Mandelieu.

Avril told Hello! magazine: “I wanted to make sure it's a crazy vacation and an experience of a lifetime for our guests. “I wanted it to be over the top. I'm obsessed with castles and I love French decor and goth. “I found this castle in France and we visited it and it was perfect.”

Avril wore a black tulle Monique Lhuillier gown for her second trip down the aisle.
She was previously wed to Sum 41 rocker Deryck Whibley, but they split up in 2009 after three years of marriage.

Wayne Rooney wants to quit Manchester United!

Man U's assistant Mike Phelan has blown the lid off the Rooney saga.. Ferguson claimed England striker Rooney had asked to leave the club for a second time when he dropped him at the end of last season. Channel 4 will screen a Muslim call to prayer every day during Ramadan

Boss Ralph Lee claimed the fact that 2.8 million UK Muslims will celebrate the holy month from next week put last year’s Royal celebrations in the shade. He added: “Nearly five per cent of the country will actively engage in Ramadan. “Can we say the same of other national events that received blanket coverage on TV such as the Queen’s coronation anniversary? “I want to set out to provoke people to think about Islam in ways that aren’t associated with terrorism.” But UKIP accused Channel 4 of a cynical PR stunt and said it risked further inflaming tension between communities in the wake of the Woolwich killing of soldier Lee Rigby - allegedly linked to Islamic extremists. A spokesman said: “This is a priceless piece of attention seeking. I cannot believe that the majority of mainstream Muslims want to see this. It will inflame community tension.” Tory MP Conor Burns said: “I find it extraordinary Channel 4 would pursue this politically-correct tokenism. “What would happen if they were to do this type of thing during a Christian festival such as Lent?” Channel 4 will screen a full three-minute chant by Hassen Rasool, a muezzin or prayer call leader, from the start of Ramadan next Tuesday. It will then break into its regular schedule to mark the first prayer of each day at 3am. So I read this morning that Lewis has split with Nicole again.
Same excuse as last time - Schedule issues..

Both being celebs mean there is always going to be a clash.
To be honest how many celeb couples do last last? Not a lot!

In my opinion they dont suit anyway.

Nicole should have a suave sophisticated older gentleman
And Lewis a nice young model.. She can follow him about to all the tracks and be waiting for him back at his winnebago after every race..

Lewis Hamilton on pole

Just watched the F1 Qualy

Quite an exciting session and its always great to see a fellow brit on pole at our home race.
Will he win the race? Not sure.. Mercedes have a great 1 lap pace but so far lacking a little in race pace.
Vettel is in 3rd and if I was to put money on it - I would still go for Vettel to win... Unfortunately!
I like Vettel, no doubting he is a fantastic driver! But he is German.. And as a Brit, I don't like it when he beats us! Ha ha

Patrice is rubbish anyway - I do not understand why he is the Man U captain?
He made to many mistakes last season.. He needs to go to the French league where it is a bit easir for him.

Ladies tennis champ Serena Williams accepted a “battle of the sexes” challenge from Andy Murray yesterday!

Andy said he would be up for a match after a fan taunted him that the US star could beat him on grass.

He admitted fans would love to see a men-versus-women showdown.

Hmmmmmmm now my first thought was Serena has no chance!
Unfortunately but it is true, men are better at sport than ladies.

But I just looked at a current picture of Serena and I think she would beat Andy in a fight - why not in a game of Tennis - If this 'exhibition' goes ahead - i will certainly be watching!

Couple died ‘after window they had sex against broke’

Just read about a couple who are believed to have fallen to their deaths when a window they were having sex against gave way!

The accident happened in China when the glass window shattered...

He must have been going hard! ha ha

The couple then fell through the broken window to their deaths clinching onto each other.

Shocking photos in China appear to show the couple on the ground under sheets. Blood is splattered near their bodies on the pavement. Medical staff and what appear to be police officers can also be seen examining the scene. The man and woman are thought to have fallen out of an apartment in the city of Wuhan, central China. Local sites suggested windows in the building were of poor quality.

Dont have sex against windows!

Is Tony Adams desperate for work?

Tony Adams is an Arsenal legend - no doubts about it.. but not sure on his comments this week.

First he said Arsenal are miles off the premiership title. We are not miles off! We do need 3 or players granted, but once these are in I do honestly believe we have a chance of silverwear this coming campaign.

He then said about appointing Chip as chairman was the wrong move and the club should have appointed him?! He needs to sit on the board for a few years first surely? I know he has made noises about getting onto the board but if he cant even get a seat then he is not going to be appointed direct to chairman!
Anyway, he should be given a seat as he must have a mountain of relevant knowledge of football today copared to some of the aging board members.

Lastly he said Wayne Rooney would not suit London, but then went on to say he would love to see him at Arsenal? Rooney is a great player but where would he play? We dont have space for him!

I made it in to work

OK so I have sore legs, my ankles are still swollen but are improving and my blisters are sore to the touch but I made it in.

What nearly made me sick this morning though was the fact the only shoes that I could get on were my walking shoes with the laces untied! I had planned to burn them!

Through the office I can walk bare foot. Hopefully no one steps on my toes!

Why do I still hurt!?

So I walked 100 miles and I got blisters and a sore ass crack along the way..

My joints were great considering I normally have sore ankles after a day out.

But they were good as gold over the 100 miles. It wasn't until the day after and during the journey home did my ankles blow up. I didnt even have ankles anymore - I had Cankles!

I could hardly walk.. But why only then?

I wore proper walking shoes using a lace lock. And on my journey home I wore flip flops. I guess I was walking awkwardly on the flip flops but I wonder what else could it be?

Anyway I couldn't go to work but fingers crossed that I can get up and walk tomorrow as I need to go in to work!

Just walked 100 miles for charity!

I am sitting here now in a little pain.
My calves are shot
My quads are shot
I have infected blisters on my feet
..and a chaffed butt crack!

We walked 100 miles over 4 days. Took an average 10 hours per day.
It was hard work but such an achievement!
We have memories and stories to remember forever.

Ratting?

Seems to have just come to public knowledge of a thing called 'ratting'?

I dont know how these people do it - but basically they take over your webcam to see what you are doing?

They can then take videos/pictures and post them wherever/whenever they want. Pretty dangerous if you like to surf the interweb whilst naked!

These people are disgusting... If you are one that does this - please do not take over mine!

Ok so maybe I am a little late to this game..
I was having all these requests on Facebook and everyone seemed to be sick of the requests.
It seems to have died down a bit now so thought I would have a little play on a friends phone.
Within minutes it was downloaded to my phone and I cant stop playing it!
Does this additction last long????

Now I cannot really comment on suicide having not considered or wanting to do it.
Of course when you do hear about it you think about it and think about how you would do it, but it always sends chills down my spine. As I want to live forever!

She is of course still in hospital after cutting her wrists. We dont know what goes through her head but she has so much to live for! She is the daughter of Mickie J! She must have some singing ability? She has plenty of dollar! She can live the life of luxury!

Anyway a video interview of Paris was played at the trial.
She spoke of the relationshipe between her dad and the nanny.

“My dad didn’t like her. She was sneaky. She wasn’t an honest person and lied a lot.”

Mickie J died of an overdose in June 09.

Another star taken from us. Seems a lot of people I read about are dieing from heart attacks.
He was a chunky fellor which I guess doesnt help?
51 is too young though and it scares me. I dont want to die young. I want to reach my 80's as long as my mind is still there!

I must confess though I have only watched a few episodes of the Sopranos. What I did watch I enjoyed.. And I have never spoke to anyone that has watched it and not enjoyed it.

I am watching the whole 9 series of the American Office at the moment. I think when I am done with that I will grab the Sopranos to watch..

2nd best thing on TV? Fast N Loud?

Both Richard and Aaron seem so intelligent with cars. I love their style! I also love the fact they mix it up. 1 car they rat style and the next they pimp it out! 

Just watching tonight's episode 'trials of a T-Bird' and even 5 mins in I know it's going to be an awesome episode!

So the cat is out of the bag and the baby girl of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West is called Kaidence Donda West.
I imagine she is a little beauty and will be treated like a little princess!

I can wait for pics - but will certainly have a butchers when published..

Is Gold Rush the best thing on TV?

Series 3 recently started in the UK. I think it could be the best thing on TV.
Granted Todd doesn't seem to have a clue - even 3 years into mining, but still makes for great watching.

My favorite members are Dave Turin who does have a clue and I quite like Dakota Freds son. His name escapes me right now. He also sounds as if he has the ultimate American accent?
He also just seems to get his head down and gets the work done.

I have never been to America let alone Dakota but it is my dream to visit one day and I would love to drive coast to coast in a 1967 Ford Mustang convertible!

Is this a good idea? I guess it has to be worth a go.

I honestly dont think that they will!
They believe what they believe is right! Will they compromise?
I dont think so!

I have read so many rumours about Koscielny leaving my beloved Arsenal.
I am sick of it now. He should stay. Arsenal will win some silverwear next year.
We just need to rid of a load of dead wood.
Add competition between the posts.
Add another creative midfielder for rotation.
And a world class striker please!

Sock review - Injinji 5 toe vs Nike 2 layer

I have read many reviews of each of these socks hence recently purchasing a pair of each for £10 each per pair! Not cheap..

I will start with the Nike 2 layer. A brand I love and recommend.
Shame the Nike 2 layer was crap than. Its a 'blister free' sock with 2 layers of fabric. Not the whole sock, just 2 layers in the 2 worse spots IE the toe box and heal. If only the toe box was not so tight!
It literally squeezed my little pinky toe in and under my other toes. This meant high impact on my recent 10 mile hike with all my weight smacking the end of my pinky. Massive blisters for me now to deal with.. I will through these out in the bin.

Injinji 5 toe socks on the other hand are awesome.
They are like a little glove for your foot. Granted they felt weird at first. Never before have I had my toes separated with out on the trial. So each toe could stretch out and find its own space within my shoe. Even after 10 miles my feet felt fresh.
Needless to say I have ordered 2 more pairs for this upcoming weekend 100 miles walk!

How to lose weight

Here is how you lose weight.

East less
Excercise more

Its that simple! You do not need any special pills or crazy diets.
You know what is right and wrong and you know what you need to do.

Once you have that sorted swap out the snacks IE crisps/sweets/chocolate/cakes/biscuits for fruit.
Then swap out the sweet tea/beer/fizzy drinks/juices for water. Try for 2 litres a day.

Have 3 balanced meals and 2 snacks in between.
Try to get 5 portions of fruit/veg a day
Try not to eat anything past 7pm
Eat slowly and stop when you are full.

Walk for at least 30 minutes a day. Not just a doodle to the sweet shop and back! Keep it brisk so that you heart rate rises. Around 130bpm is perfect.

It is hard but I promise you if you kept to the above you will lose weight.
You will feel better, look better and you will live longer.

Now go and do it.

To be fair to them they are a team of amateurs and are ranked 138th in the world! I cant even name that many countries so they have got to be pretty rubbish..

Big Brother's Gina threatens to walk out after furious bust-ups with Sallie

These girls are about as bad as each other!

I think Sallie is more fame hungry and she seems to be jealous of Gina's money. - Well, Gina's parents money! £10'000 a week 'pocket money' she gets!

Gina's reaction was just self defence I honestly don't think she is too malicious. She will struggle though without her normal creature comforts £10'000 a week buys though!

Stuart Hall should have his testicles removed and locked up for life.
