Its that simple! You do not need any special pills or crazy diets.
You know what is right and wrong and you know what you need to do.
Once you have that sorted swap out the snacks IE crisps/sweets/chocolate/cakes/biscuits for fruit.
Then swap out the sweet tea/beer/fizzy drinks/juices for water. Try for 2 litres a day.
Have 3 balanced meals and 2 snacks in between.
Try to get 5 portions of fruit/veg a day
Try not to eat anything past 7pm
Eat slowly and stop when you are full.
Walk for at least 30 minutes a day. Not just a doodle to the sweet shop and back! Keep it brisk so that you heart rate rises. Around 130bpm is perfect.
It is hard but I promise you if you kept to the above you will lose weight.
You will feel better, look better and you will live longer.
